Terra Concrete & Excavation LLC is a small team of skilled tradesmen focused on delivering the best product at an affordable rate. We operate in Charleston SC and the surrounding counties. Although our team has a primary focus on excavation we excel in other trades such as, underground water and sewer repair, concrete flatwork, land clearing and general site work.

Land Clearing
Land clearing is the process of removing trees, shrubs, and other vegetation from a piece of land in order to make it suitable for other uses. This process is often used to create space for agricultural activities, such as farming, or to create space for development projects, such as housing or commercial buildings.
This customer had a quarter acre of bamboo overgrowth taking over their property. After clearing, grubbing and grading the area the customer was then able to turn this once unusable space into a maintainable part of their property.
Water & Sewer Repair
Underground sewer and water repair is the process of repairing and maintaining underground sewer and water systems. This includes repairing broken pipes, replacing old pipes, and cleaning out clogged pipes. It also involves inspecting and testing the system to ensure it is functioning properly. Underground sewer and water repair is an important part of keeping your home or community's infrastructure functioning properly.
This customer had received a significantly higher than normal water bill for the month alerting the owner that they had an issue with there waterline. They gave us a call and we were there the next day to fix the leak.
Excavation & Grading
Excavation and grading are two processes used in the construction of buildings and other structures. Excavation involves the removal of soil, rock, and other materials from a site in order to prepare it for construction. Grading involves the reshaping of the land to create a level surface for the construction of a structure. Both processes are essential for the successful completion of any construction project.
